1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the web properties, applications, or digital interfaces of The Mud Connect (collectively referred to as the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are strictly prohibited from using or accessing this Service.

2. Corporate Management and Infrastructure Alignment

The Service is managed, hosted, and operated entirely under the corporate and digital infrastructure of DXM Hyperion Ventures Private Limited. Any engagement, agreement, or interaction with the Service constitutes a direct acknowledgment of DXM Hyperion Ventures Private Limited’s structural authority over the technology, platform development, and operational workflows of the brand.

3. Permissible Use and Service Restrictions

The Mud Connect specializes in premium green space management and architectural indoor landscaping tailored exclusively for:

• B2B enterprise environments, commercial properties, and corporate headquarters.

• Select large-scale luxury private estates, farmhouses, and bungalows.

Standard residential consumer service options are restricted. Users agree not to exploit the platform for unintended procurement inquiries or fraudulent data submission.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All visual layouts, customized copy blocks, graphic asset parameters, source codes, trademarks, brand taglines ("Bringing Interiors to Life. Shaped by the Earth."), and design frameworks published on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of The Mud Connect, DXM Hyperion Ventures Private Limited and its licensors. Unauthorized replication, modification, or distribution of these assets is legally actionable.

5. System Shielding and Limitation of Liability

All digital assets operating under this platform are structurally fortified and routed through DXM & it's partners (Secured By DXM DGCP System) defenses to protect data integrity and prevent service disruptions.

Under no circumstances shall The Mud Connect or DXM Hyperion Ventures Private Limited be held liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential digital anomalies, server dropouts, or external transmission issues arising from your use of the platform. The Service is provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" baseline.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or actions arising from the use of this Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
